Jerry Essary is the Director of the Center for Christian Coaching, a ministry started by Jerry for the Tennessee Baptist Convention. He has been involved in coaching leaders and teams in churches and organizations as they work through change, transition, and transformation. Through coaching Jerry is determined to partner with others as they discover purposeful movement with clear direction. Jerry and his wife live in the Nashville, TN area and have two adult children.
