Western Seminary Graduation Information

The First Step

If you are planning to graduate during the 2011-2012 academic year, we ask that you complete the Application to Graduate. If you have not already done so, please submit this form to Mark Baker at your earliest possible convenience. Once we receive your form, we will add you to our email update list of graduating students and conduct a preliminary audit of your progress toward degree completion. Within a few weeks of receiving your form, you will receive a Graduation Memo from the Registrar.

Questions

If you have questions, please feel free to contact Kristin Gibb at (503) 517-1810, kgibb@westernseminary.edu or by stopping by the Student Services office on the first floor of Armstrong Hall.

If you do not live near Western Seminary's campus, you may have difficulty with some things related to graduation. For example, you may not be able to come to campus to purchase announcements or banquet tickets. Even though we'll be instructing students to come to campus for these items, we do not want to exclude students who are unable to make the trip to Portland. If you need special assistance due to living a long distance from campus, please do not hesitate to contact Kristin Gibb.
