To receive an exception to academic policy.
To recieve an exception to financial policy.
To register for a Western Seminary course to be done outside of a normal classroom setting.
To register for a course that you have created, to be done outside of a normal classroom setting.
To register for non-credit (audit, Learning Together Program, Advanced Studies Certificate, etc.) in a course.
To begin the graduation audit process. Must be submitted at least four months prior to anticipated graduation date.

To return to Western Seminary after not enrolling for one academic year or longer.

Recommendation Form For use with the Returning Student Application, if needed.
Pastoral Recommendation For use with the Returning Student Application, if needed.
To change from an MDiv to an MA, or from an MA Counseling to an MA Specialized, etc. If you are non-degree, please do not submit this form. Contact the Admissions Office for the appropriate form.
To request a tuition waiver for those who have served as a pastoral mentor in the Mentored Field Ministry program.
To change from MA Specialized PCW to MA Specialized Youth Ministry, etc. If you are non-degree, please do not submit this form. Contact the Admissions Office for the appropriate form.
To change from MDiv to MDiv/MAC dual degree, etc.
To test out of a course. Must be done prior to or concurrent with your first semester of enrollment.
To request that graduate-level coursework be counted towards your degree program.
