To receive an extension of no more than six weeks in a course. Longer extensions require an academic petition.

To change from MA Specialized Evangelism & Equipping to MA Specialized Youth Ministry, etc. If you are non-degree, please do not use this form. Contact the Admissions Office for the appropriate form.

To change from MDiv to MDiv/MAMFT dual degree, etc.

To test out of a course. Must be done prior to or concurrent with your first semester of enrollment.

To request that graduate-level coursework be counted towards your degree program.
