Library Information:
Western-Arcade Library houses a joint collection maintained by Western Seminary and Arcade Church.
This unique partnership enables us to offer an excellent academic collection, as well as Christian fiction and resources for children ages 0-18, selected by the church for their Christian education value and the nurture of every member of our seminary students’ families.
The library’s 13,000 holdings include:
- Fiction and non-fiction resources for adults and children (by age group)
- E-books, audio books and sermons
- DVD movies (feature films, kid's videos, documentaries)
- Biblical language software
- Online journals and magazines
- Reference materials
- Required and recommended readings for all courses
The library is open to students during regular school office hours of 10 am to 6 pm (Monday through
Friday). Check in at the office for admission. On most evenings and Saturdays, the
library is attended by the librarian or library assistant. See the link to Hours of Operation for
