July 2005 to May 2008 Rutland Street Church – 5 Gosset Street, St. Albans, Christchurch, New Zealand 8014. – Associate Pastor over Youth and Young Adults – Develop and oversee STAND Intermediate Ministry (grade 7-9), YROC High School Ministry (grades 9-13) and College Ministry. This involved setting the vision and direction for the youth ministry, building adequate youth staff and developing leaders, nurturing transformation via bible study, discipleship, community building, baptism and worship; planning weekend events and facilitating weekly programs, integrating the greater church body with the youth, planning and redesigning the alterations to our Youth Facility, leading a Mexico Missions Trip for a team of 28 youth & adults, etc. My roles also included working with a team of people to plan and run our bi-weekly evening Service Overflow.
