Every leader faces a time when courage is required. For those just beginning the journey, we hope courage will be there when needed. But we wonder, where does courage emerge? For those further along the path, we have experienced the need to draw deeply from the well of courage over and over again. We know it is not a one-time drink! But we wonder, is it possible to draw on the inner strength of courage before reacting to the daily demands of leadership? Where is that deep well of courage and how can we access it? Come…explore together with other women in leadership the process of Defending Forward: courage to lead!
