Margaret Carey, NWL Treasurer, is also Director of Women’s Ministries at Bethany Baptist Church. She has ministered to women for 30 years, beginning as a Bible Study Fellowship leader and later with NWL. Margaret's passion is to see  women grow in their relationship with the Lord. Margaret and her husband have 4 children and three handsome grandsons. Their favorite time is summer at Orcas Island with family.

Beth Cunningham is passionate about the Lord, His word, and His bride and has actively served in a variety of arena's to encourage spiritual health, growth, and team building. Although currently in transition, Beth served as Director of Women's ministry for nearly 6 years. Married to Randy for 27 years, they have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren they unashamedly adore.

Bev Hislop, Exec. Director of the Women's Center for Ministry, is Assist. Professor of Pastoral Care to Women at Western Seminary. She has ministered to women for over thirty years . Bev serves on the Board of National Women's Ministry Association. Bev authored Shepherding a Woman's Heart and was a major contributing author to Women's Ministry Handbook.

Jody Mayhew has taught and counseled women for over twenty-five years. She has served as a Women's Ministry Director and as a counselor with Exodus International. Jody and husband, Dan, work among the Summit Fellowships (home based churches). Also, Jody works with International Renewal Ministries, as a national women’s representative and facilitator of prayer summits. She has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Judy Post has been the Director of Women's Ministries at Village Baptist Church for the past 10 years. Judy has a passion for working with women. She is married and has 3 sons. Judy enjoys walking, reading, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Glennie Tanner is Director of Women's Ministries at Beaverton Christian Church.  In the eight years since she has held this position, her passion has become helping women develop their gifts to serve the Lord.  Glennie and her husband, Clark, have been married for over 36 years.  They have a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Stephanie, and two beautiful grandchildren,  Allyson, 3 and Paul 1-1/2.

Joyce Wachsmuth is the Founder and a past Director of NWL (formerly named Wellspring.) Joyce has been Director of  Women's Ministries at Greater Portland Bible Church for 22 years. She has two sons and a daughter, each married, and seven grandchildren.  Joyce and her husband, Doug, enjoy doing marriage retreats whenever possible and also gardening together.
