Ministry Specialties - I feel it is important to have some kind of visual aide or dramatization to help people understand and remember what they have learned. In the past I have developed lessons unique to the group asking me to speak. One lesson I have been requested to repeat is a dramatization of the tools given to Karena, the princess, to help her remember the lessons her Father taught her. I am currently developing lessons based on the book of Ephesians.

Mission Statement - Believing that God longs to have close relationship with us and desires us to live victoriously and abundantly in His love and strength, I desire to be an instrument used to help other women understand and live in this truth.

Ministry Background - With children I have served as a Sunday School teacher for all ages nursery through high school, as a VBS Bible lesson teacher/missionary story storyteller, as an AWANA director for 3-4 year olds and leader for ages K through 8, and as a nursery coordinator. With women I have served on planning committees for ladies retreats, worked in various jobs for our local Christian Women’s Club, and led Bible studies in my home.

Professional Background - I have been an elementary school teacher for twenty-three years. Sixteen years were in private Christian schools. Seven years have been in public schools.

Educational Background - I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I hold an elementary teaching certificate in both Oregon and California.

Speaking Level - some (10-25 events)

Speaking Experience - Mother Daughter Teas, chapels, ladies retreats, Sunday school, Christian Women’s club, and once a Mother’s Day sermon at church.
