Christian coach training for transformational change

Certificate in Transformational Coaching

Certificate in Transformational Coaching (CTC)

This robust program prepares you to coach at the highest level.  With 160 hours of coach specific training, supervised coaching, mentoring, and two certification exams, you will not only know about coaching, but you will be competent and ready to coach others in a wide range of contexts.  This program is appropriate for individuals in ministry and marketplace settings.

Participants who pass the final certification exam earn the designation Certified Transformational Coach, are listed on the Western CTC roster, and are included in Western-sponsored coaching initiatives.  Since all training is fully aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF), CTC graduates are highly prepared for the credential application with the ICF.

The Certificate in Transformational Coaching can be completed in approximately 18 months and includes training, supervision and certification:

TRAINING/SUPERVISION Phase 1
+ Intro to Coaching (MCS 510)
+ Coaching for Change (MCS 511)
+ any six other coach training courses (MCS 512 – 518)
+ Coaching Supervision (MCS 519)
(Costs at the audit rate are $375/course, which totals $3375 for all training and supervision.  These costs reflect Western Seminary audit rates for coach training.  Taking the courses for academic credit will increase the costs to $510/course, $4590 total.  Most students should register as audit students; students pursuing an academic degree or diploma should take the courses for credit.)*
