Network
for Women in Leadership (NWL)
is a branch of the Women's Center for Ministry at Western
Seminary. NWL exists to facilitate networking,
training,
and spiritual encouragement
for Christian Women's Ministry leaders and pastors' wives
in support of the local church.
NWL
addresses real issues
and real needs of women
and how the church can effectively minister to impact lives.
NWL meets semi-annually, generally in the fall and spring, providing
seminars, workshops, and forums.
NWL seminars help raise awareness and increase understanding
of issues causing emotional pain in women's lives. Workshops
also focus on leadership development and ministry skills.
Forums provide opportunities for networking and exchange of
ideas with your peers.
NWL
provides workshops & networking specifically designed for
women's ministry leaders and their teams. Pastors' wives are
welcome and invited to a Just
for Pastors' Wives track and/or lunch, offered
at most NWL conferences.
