in and join us!
Partners
in Ministry courses available
for pastors' wives to drop in!
Pastors'
wives are invited to "drop in" and participate in
our fall and/or spring Partners in Ministry
courses designed especially for ministry wives.
Western
Seminary honors the ministry team, husband and wife preparing
together at seminary to assume leadership in the church or
parachurch. Specialized courses for ministry wives have been
developed and will include class dialogue. This is open to
all pastors' wives as well as our students' wives.
All
pastors' wives are welcome to attend some or all of the
class sessions. This is a unique opportunity to learn, fellowship
with your peers, and impart some of the wisdom, knowledge,
and understanding you have acquired in this unique ministry
role. We welcome your dialogue, whether it is questions you
may have or seasoned experience to share with women just beginning
to embark upon this new ministry role.
Each
evening will focus on a topic relevant to the woman whose
husband is in ministry. These topics will also be relevant
to the woman who is the one primarily involved in ministry.
The topic will be introduced in the first segment, followed
by dialog facilitated by someone who has experience in the
issue covered.
