Beth Cunningham became part of the Western family
in October, 2008, following a year long sabbatical.
Formerly, she served several years on the pastoral
staff of an area church as the Director of Women's
Ministry. Beth comes to Western with extensive
experience, in a variety of contexts, within
the local church realm.
A Portland area native,
Beth's passionate pursuit of the Lord often
brought her to places of leadership. With a
desire to serve responsibly, she completed the
Advanced Studies Certificate in Pastoral Care
to Women program at Western Seminary.
Beth currently serves
as Director of Network for Women in Leadership
(NWL). In Fall 2008, she volunteered as the
Portland City Coordinator for Living Proof Live
with Beth Moore ( Memorial Coliseum, April,
2009.) In addition, Beth shares responsibility
with her husband for leading worship at a Vancouver
area church.
Beth and her husband,
Randy, have two married sons, a daughter, and
two grandchildren. |
