How are transcripts processed?
To begin the process, please complete the Transcript Request form and send it to Hannah Hayes by fax, email, or mail. All contact information is included on the form.
Official Transcripts contain the Registrar’s signature and appropriate seal, and are delivered in a stamped envelope. Official transcripts are sent by mail only.
How long will it take to process my transcript?
You can choose one of the following options:
Regular processing: transcript will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Rush processing: transcript will be processed within three business days with an additional fee of $15.00 per U.S. address.
Western Seminary takes responsibility for processing transcripts within the requested amount of time, but cannot guarantee delivery by the postal service or receipt of the transcript.
Holds on your student account or payment owed to Western Seminary may delay the processing of your transcript. For the most effective results, please respond to these requirements before making a transcript request.
How much do transcripts cost?
Official and unofficial transcripts are $4.00 each. If you request your transcript to be Rush processed, it will be an additional $15.00 per U.S. address.
You may pay by credit card, check, or cash (if you pick up your transcript in person). Please include payment information on the Transcript Request form.
