Get to Know Cole

Cole grew up in a small farming town in eastern Washington and relocated to Portland in late 2012. A self-proclaimed (but not very good) film critic, he likes finding new music, spending time with friends, watching his favorite soccer team (Liverpool), and exploring all the food and drink options Portland has to offer. He is enrolled in the MA in Biblical and Theological Studies program at Western and loves pastoral counseling – something he hopes to do more of after graduation.

Get to Know Caleb

Caleb was born and raised in central Florida. Moving out to the Pacific Northwest has been a big change but a welcome one. Caleb loves nature and hiking mountains, especially since there are none in Florida. He also enjoys photography, making videos on YouTube, board games, and spending time with friends and family (especially his wife Elise). He is enrolled in the MA in Biblical and Theological Studies, which was his reason for moving to the PNW.
