By now you have submitted the Application to Graduate and are making plans for graduation weekend. Here are some helpful resources for you as you prepare.
Note: We are processing preliminary degree audits of your progress toward degree completion. Fall graduates will be the first priority, with Spring and Summer grads to follow. Mark Your Calendars

| Where: | DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland 1000 NE Multnomah St, Portland, OR 97232 |
| Tickets: | Tickets are now being refunded. Once the banquet is rescheduled, they will be available for purchase once again. As a reminder, each graduate receives two complimentary tickets and may purchase up to two additional tickets for $35 each if desired. If you, as a graduate, know that you would like to purchase more than four tickets, please indicate in the corresponding field on your ticket registration, and you will be prioritized, should tickets become available. |
| Notes: | Doors open at 6:30 pm. Dinner starts at 7 pm. We will be in the Cascade Ballroom, on the second floor. Feel free to park in the adjacent parking structure; parking is complimentary. Come for a special evening of celebration. |

| Tickets: | No tickets are needed to attend commencement. All are welcome to celebrate with us! |
| Notes: | Graduates must arrive at 8:45 am and be dressed and ready for a class photo at 9 am; doors to the auditorium open for guests at 10:30 am. You and your guests are warmly invited to enjoy a reception following the ceremony. |

Please remember to check "Hold For Posted Degree" if you want your degree to appear on your transcript.
- Academic Petition
Participation in the Commencement ceremony is a graduation requirement for all programs except the Graduate Studies Certificate and Diploma. If you feel you must graduate in absentia, please submit an academic petition regarding why you feel you are unable to participate.
- Thesis or Dissertation Completion Calendars
Doctoral and Th.M. students are required to meet these deadlines in order to participate in the 2019 Commencement ceremony. By clicking on the link above, you'll be directed to both Spring and Fall completion calendars. Please use the one which applies to your projected graduation date.
