Coach Training Schedule
Western Seminary's Level 2 ICF Accredited Coach Training Program offers 14 unique classes, each tailored to grow your understanding of coaching and your competency as a coach.
Online classes are taught live via Zoom and delivered in a variety of formats:
- two-day intensive formats, often starting at 8, 8:30, or 9am and ending at 2, 2:30, or 3pm on both days. Typically, these are a Friday-Saturday or two consecutive Saturdays. (Time Zones: 9am-3pm PST, 12pm-6pm EST, 5pm-11pm GMT, 9pm-3am GST, 1am-7am HKT, 4am-10am AEDT)
- over 6 consecutive weeks, with each session lasting 2 hours
- group sessions and individual meeting times/dates determined with your instructor over the duration of the course

Prerequisites: Introduction to Coaching is the pre-requisite for all other courses. For more prerequisites and descriptions of classes, visit our Course Description page. *All courses and dates are tentative until officially posted for registration. Courses may be canceled if they do not meet minimum registration. All meeting times are Pacific Time.
Registration: Register from your account or set up an account by following the steps on our registration page here. Our trimesters follow a Spring, Summer, Fall model. Registration usually opens in October for Spring trimester, February for Summer trimester, and June for Fall trimester. Students have up until 8 days before a class to register, then registration for that course is closed.
Payment: All tuition is due upon registration. Students have up until 8 days before a class to drop the course. No refund will be given after the drop deadline.
Students must complete the feedback coaching assignment outlined in the syllabus in order to receive credit for the course, unless the syllabus does not have that requirement. You will not receive a certificate of ICF approved coach specific training hours (ACSTH) if you do not complete all course requirements.
Online Global Coach Training
Western Seminary's online coaching classes provide high-quality training in a convenient and accessible format that lets you learn from the comfort of your home or office anywhere in the world. Here are more details:
- Online classes are taught in a live setting using Zoom, which allows for real-time interaction with your instructor and other participants.
- Online classes are taught in various formats: over a 6-week period with each session lasting 2 hours, or a 2-day intensive, usually Friday and Saturday or 2 consecutive Saturdays often from 9am-3pm (Time Zones conversion 9am-3pm PST = 12pm-6pm EST, 5pm-11pm GMT, 9pm-3am GST, 1am-7am HKT, 4am-10am AEDT)
- Additional homework outside of the courses may include: reading, skills practice, logging coaching hours, etc..
- Observed coaching with feedback is required for most classes.
